Outside bets are placed on the layout in areas other than 0 to 36. Outside bets usually require a higher minimum stake than Inside bets.
Column bets can be placed in any of the three boxes marked '2to1'. Column bets cover the twelve numbers on the vertical line above them. So if you placed a bet on the first Column, you would win on the following numbers 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34.
You may place multiple bets on any of the Columns. If zero wins, you lose on any Column bet. Should your chips be placed on a winning Column bet, then you will be paid 2/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Column bet, you would receive a total of £15 back.
Dozen bets can be placed in any of the three boxes marked '1st 12', '2nd 12', '3rd 12'. Dozen bets cover the twelve numbers on the three horizontal streets in front of them. So if you placed a bet on the first Dozen, you would win of the following numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.
You may place multiple bets on any of the Dozens. If zero wins, you lose on any Dozen bet. Should your chips be placed on a winning Dozen bet, then you will be paid 2/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Dozen bet, you would receive a total of £15 back.
Low bets can be placed in the box marked '1 - 18'. Low bets cover numbers 1 to 18. If zero wins, you lose on any Low bet. Should your chips be placed on a winning Low bet, then you will be paid 1/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Low bet, you would receive a total of £10 back.
High bets can be placed in the box marked '19 - 36'. High bets cover numbers 19 to 36. If zero wins, you lose on any High bet. Should your chips be placed on a winning High bet, then you will be paid 1/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning High bet, you would receive a total of £10 back.
Odd bets can be placed in the box marked 'Odd'. Odd bets cover all of the odd numbers on the layout (but not zero). Should your chips be placed on a winning Odd bet, then you will be paid out 1/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Odd bet, you would receive a total of £10 back.
Even bets can be placed in the box marked 'Even'. Even bets cover all of the even numbers on the layout (but not zero). Should your chips be placed on a winning Even bet, then you will be paid out 1/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Even bet, you would receive a total of £10 back.
Colour bets can be placed on either Red or Black in the coloured boxes. Colour bets cover all of the numbers on the layout of that respective colour (but not zero as that is green). Should your chips be placed on a winning Colour bet, then you will be paid out 1/1. So if you placed a £5 chip on a winning Colour bet, you would receive a total of £10 back.
